Hi! I'm Brandon.

I was born and raised in Oxfordshire, England. A true farm boy, riding horses and looking after all the animals on my mum’s farm from a young age. I’m not much of an academic... I failed school “never finished to be fair”, and it took me a long time to be able to read and write.

And I’m definitely not genetically gifted. I was a chubbing kid, which caused me a lot of mental health barriers I had with my body later on in life. A little even to this day. But I turned my head into sports from a young age, because it was something I was good at and finally didn’t feel like a failure…

As someone who has DONE IT ALL from an Ex GB Athlete, I am ready to help you develop the tools to be successful in whatever your goals are and change your life for good! The Gym gave me a place where I felt confident like I was becoming the real Brandon.

I want to use the knowledge and experience that I've accumulated over the years to help you unleash the best within you.

What do I need to join the program? A gym membership?
Ideally yes but as we have seen with the corona virus out break we can get you INCREDIBLE results from home!
Can I still eat out?
Yes of course! This can be factored into your plan, when you sign up you are also given over 30 guides to eating out in specific big-name restaurants.
Is this a crash diet?
No f*cking way! The aim of my program is to give you the body and mindset you've always wanted. The goal is to keep eating as much as possible while you drop body fat.
Can I still enjoy holidays?
Yes, my coaching is about making everything a part of your life. Even if you work shifts "day or night" they do not have to have an adverse effect on the result. Of course, this is taken into account when drawing up your program. 
Can I get a step-by-step blueprint for getting in shape?
Yes, I will put together a clear plan and you will get clear personal goals with the strategy to achieve them.
I don’t know all the exercises by name? How do I solve that?
On my program, you will be using the exclusive training program system, which works on Apple or Android the whole workout is on the system for you customised and every exercise has a full video showing how to perform the movement.
How long before I start to see results?
If you follow the plan I outline, check in every week and perform the tasks I set for you, you should begin to see results within the first 1 month. As always, your results reflect the time and effort you’re willing to invest.
 
I don't offer or promise results in an  "8-week shredding program." Whilst the goal is to get you the best results in the most efficient time possible, we’ll also be focusing a lot on education and habit formation. The mission with all of my clients is to get sustainable results and educate them on how to continue to make progress long after our coaching has ended.
I don't like some foods, will this be taken into account?
My coaching method allows you to keep eating as you always did in moderation and still get results.
Will I receive a meal plan?
Yes, it depends entirely on the individual - their level of experience when they come to me and their individual preferences. I recommend most beginners start out with a meal plan, to give them a good understanding of nutrition when it comes to macro tracking and more help deciding precisely what to eat. However more advanced individuals can diet successfully by choosing foods on a day-to-day basis.
 
I don’t believe in handing out meal plans for clients to follow blindly. Instead, I’ll give you the tools and knowledge to be able to build your own meal plan and the ability to decide for yourself which foods suit you.
What happens after the program?
My program is an educational fitness, nutrition and lifestyle program with the goal of giving you GUARANTEED results whilst teaching you how to maintain them for the rest of your life. When you your coaching has come to an end, we will jump on a call and I will set you up for success on your own. 
How much is the coaching?
I’ll run you through my coaching packages and pricing during our call, but to give you a general idea, it’s around the same price a week as what you’d pay an in-house personal trainer for a single session.
 
The only difference is, when you leave the gym, your coaching doesn’t end there. You’ll get a complete nutrition plan, meal planning support, your own training program that you can access on your phone, 24/7 instant messenger support and access to my private coaching group.
How do payments work?
All of my clients pay via a recurring subscription. Via Stripe to handle payments. It's quick and easy to set-up, widely recognised and secure.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Online Coaching operates on a 3 month minimum sign up. After which you can continue or cancel your service. If you're both serious about getting results, improving habits and developing knowledge along the way, anything under 3 month is just not going to be effective.
